When a family of three set out to transform their newly purchased Woodley Park home, they enlisted Landis Architects for the renovation of the second floor while also updating the floors, stairs, and fireplaces on the main level. Our role was to bring their vision to life through carefully curated selections and sourcing for the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and entryway.

One of the project highlights was enhancing the existing fireplaces, which boasted beautiful detailing but required an upgrade to the surround tile. We chose a stunning mosaic marble tile that elevated the overall design while honoring the home's classic charm.

The client’s impressive collection of art and accessories, a result of her passionate thrifting, added a unique and personal touch to the space. Each piece was thoughtfully integrated into the design, creating a home that beautifully showcases her distinctive taste and style.
