We follow a proven 7-step process to ensure your project is handled with care and precision, from the initial concept to the final installation.

PRE - DESIGN
The journey begins with a thorough onboarding process where we set up all necessary systems to ensure seamless communication and project management. We then conduct a detailed survey of your existing space, gathering crucial measurements and assessing the current layout. During the kick-off meeting, we’ll delve into your design questionnaire, ensuring we understand your vision, preferences, and needs. With this information, we establish the design direction for the project and create a preliminary budget that aligns with your goals.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
In this phase, we delve into space planning to explore different possibilities for your space. In parallel, we create initial design presentations, offering you a variety of aesthetic directions and ideas. We source a range of finish and material options, presenting you with choices that best fit your style, functional requirements and budget. At this stage we will initiate the process of exploring custom details like millwork or special finishes, to ensure these concepts stay within budget. This phase culminates in a Conceptual Design Meeting, where we review and refine the proposed concepts to ensure they align with your vision.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the conceptual design is approved, we move into the Design Development phase, where the selected design option is refined. We’ll present you with finish and material samples to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We will engage with our vendors to work through custom elements such as millwork and special finishes to ensure all details are tended to. During this phase, we also prepare the interior construction drawing set, detailing every aspect of the design for bidding and execution. The process is wrapped up with a Design Development Meeting to review and approve the final design before moving forward.

CONSTRUCTION ADMIN/EXECUTION
This phase focuses on the seamless execution of your design vision. We facilitate the bidding process, ensuring you receive competitive quotes from reliable contractors. Before construction begins, we hold a Pre-Construction Meeting to review the project plan and address any final questions. Throughout the construction process, we attend weekly meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that the work is proceeding according to plan. We also review shop drawings to ensure that every custom detail is executed as intended.

PROCUREMENT
Along side the Execution phase we will concurrently kick off the procurement phase. We start with a Procurement Kick Off Meeting to ensure the project team is aligned with the logistical details. . We present product proposals for all approved finishes, materials, and custom details, ensuring they meet your approval before ordering. We coordinate with trades to ensure timely and efficient installations. Orders are placed and expedited, and we manage any returns, claims, or issues that arise during this phase, keeping the project on track.

INSTALL
As the project nears completion, we schedule the installation of furniture and coordinate trade installations, such as wallpaper, window treatments, and other final touches. Our team ensures that every element is installed to perfection, creating a cohesive and beautifully finished space.

PROJECT CLOSE OUT
In the final phase, we conduct a thorough punch list and final walk-through, addressing any outstanding items to ensure your complete satisfaction. We also seek your feedback on the entire process, as we are always looking for ways to improve our service. Your input is invaluable in helping us continue to deliver exceptional results.
